Spot On is a tight-knit team of producers, directors, editors, and creatives who care as much about people as the work on screen. Grounded in inclusivity, collaboration, and craft, we keep the chaos behind the scenes.

From live events to a character-driven doc, a quick-turn promo to a global campaign; we've produced it all for clients including RTÉ, Google, and Nickelodeon. We know how to keep complex productions running smoothly, from the first “what if?” to final master, we listen hard, push the work, and have your back.

Every project is built around the right mix of voices—so the result feels distinctive, not off-the-shelf. We’re here to make the process clear, human, and, dare we say it… actually enjoyable.
